The launch of a Microsoft SharePoint-based system has considerably simplified the complex non-linear process of approval of various types of contracts. With this system, it has become easier to find bottlenecks and correctly redistribute the tasks between employees. The document approval process has become more transparent and manageable.
Noventiq has successfully implemented a Microsoft System Center 2016 project in Constructora Meco, a leading Costa Rican construction company. As a result of the project, the client has improved IT infrastructure management with prompt technical support.
The customer also oversees the nation’s payment systems infrastructure which emphasize on the efficiency and security of the financial systems. New integration was also hard to implement because of the new technology update. Our customer MCS Kollmorgen leveraged always-on connectivity of industrial machine controllers installed in their machinery to control equipment at any time and optimize technicians’ visits on site. Procewssing and stroring data at Microsoft Azure the client manages to have a full history of the industrial machinery that they operate throughout Brazil.
With Kaizala the client is enjoying the following benefits: Bigger group chat; Audit Trail- Everything is archived and can be retained as per regulatory requirements; Allow more activities to be organized, like Polls, survey, and to-do; Workflow automation; An analysis is instantly available using built-in visual reports created in Power BI; Cost-saving, as meeting now can be organized and join from anywhere.
